Let's go back... (Part 4 - A Day at the Ballpark)

We received a call from a friend one Sunday morning that they had 2 extra tickets to the Braves game that afternoon...and not just any Braves game, Bobby Cox's last regular season game.  At first we tried to find a sitter so Michael and I could go, but that just doesn't always happen at the last minute when you need it to.  So, I gave in and told Michael to take Nate.  Little did we know, Nate was coming down with a cold...so, he didn't have the time of his life like we were hoping, but maybe one day he will be able to say he was there for Bobby's last game and it will mean something to him then!

We spent a beautiful fall day with friends at Cagle's Farm...lots of time spent on the jumpy pillows, riding ponies, a hayride, checking out farm animals...it was a good day.  I will let the pics speak for themselves...

Let's go back...(Part 2 - Slumber Party!)

One Saturday, we had some friends over to watch football.  After dinner, once the little babies were asleep, we tried to find a way to get Nate and Amanda to settle down while the grown ups still watched the game...so we decided to pull out the living room sofa bed, put in a movie, and put them in their pj's.  It sort of worked...they had a little too much fun jumping on the bed and attempting to flood the kitchen but they were too stinkin' cute together to get in trouble....
