Where to start....

I think I naively thought that once I was at home with the boys I would have time to blog more and keep their milestones properly documented.  I guess I do have more time than I did but I find myself doing other things and just haven't focused here like I had hoped.  I have had a million little things that I have taken pictures of and blogged in my head and just haven't had the opportunity to get it on the site...and now, I am completely overwhelmed and don't know where to begin!  So, I think I will just put some pics up and try to narrate some highlights through them...

Christmas in February
Due to varying illnesses and conflicting plans, we had not gotten a chance to see Papa Steve and CC for Christmas.  So we finally got to spend a weekend with them in NC this month.  Nate was so excited to have more Christmas presents, so he opened both his and Matthew's (after Matthew went to bed).  But Matthew was just as excited to wake up Saturday morning to have presents sitting out for him!  It was a gorgeous weekend in the mountains and we had a nice visit with them.

Train Show
Neena and Fred were very excited to take Nate to the Train Show...I was a little skeptical...thinking it was going to be a bunch of old men in suspenders trading antique train parts.  Boy was I wrong...it was little boy heaven! 

What more could he ask for...a giant floor with thousands of tracks and trains to play with...it was hard to get him away from this area.  But the one thing he would leave for was...

...a ride on Thomas himself!  (Actually, I was corrected...he rode on Clarabel, Thomas's passenger car.)

ah!  Just when I was trying to get caught up, I am informed I am out of photo space!?  We will return after I figure out my technical glitch....
